At Michael Tobi Jewelry, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest standards of quality. As many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Items that are unworn and in original condition may be eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Please note that custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
