Michael Tobi Jewelry will make every effort to dispatch your order as promptly as possible. In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Certain pieces, including many of our rings and diamond jewelry, are made to order and may require 2–3 weeks for production prior to shipping.

We work with trusted and fully insured couriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Michael Tobi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or transportation disruptions. Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier, Michael Tobi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
